PE Global Healthcare is working closely with our client a South Dublin hospital and is recruiting for a Senior Speech and Language Therapist working with adults. Role Responsibilities: Conducting assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on assessment results. Providing therapy sessions to clients, both one-on-one and in group settings, using evidence-based techniques. Evaluating, monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and holistic care. Requirements: Bachelor of Science or Master's degree in Speech and Language Therapy. Registered with CORU as a Speech and Language Therapist in Ireland. Dysphagia qualification to accredited level by IASLT. 3 years full-time post qualification clinical experience working with adults. At least 1 year full-time experience working within a Neuro-disability setting or a Mental Health setting with adults.
