Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Engineer R&D Lead to join our Neurovascular team at Stryker, driving innovation and developing new technologies to treat stroke.

As a Senior Staff Engineer R&D Lead, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians to develop processes and technologies for launching new products. This includes maintaining detailed procedures, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design software. You will work cross-functionally to facilitate successful launches of new neurovascular devices to treat stroke.
