Senior Store Manager Are you a dynamic operational leader with a passion for driving results in a high-volume retail environment? Our client, a leading non-food big-box retail chain is looking for a talented Store Manager to join their team in Cork. This is a pivotal leadership position, perfect for an ambitious retailer with the ability to deliver results in a demanding and dynamic setting. As Store Manager, you will drive business performance, lead a large team, and execute strategic initiatives to elevate customer experience and profitability. As Store Manager, you will: Lead a team of 50+ employees, fostering a culture of high performance and excellent customer service. Drive a high-turnover store, focusing on profitability, sales growth, and operational efficiency. Implement strategic initiatives to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and business performance. Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution of company standards in merchandising, inventory control, customer service, and safety protocols. Drive exceptional customer service, enhancing the shopping experience by ensuring the store environment is welcoming, well-organised, and efficiently run. What we're looking for: 5+ years of leadership experience in grocery or high-volume non-food retail. A proven track record of managing large-scale operations, including teams of 50+ and turnovers exceeding €10 million. Excellent operational and commercial acumen, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Passion for developing team members, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and building a positive work culture. Possess a deep understanding of store operations, including staffing, merchandising, logistics, and inventory management, and have a clear ability to streamline processes.
