Summary of Senior Structural Engineer role: Lead the design and management of building projects with 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, BIM, and project leadership.
We are a leading company in architectural precast concrete cladding, constantly developing new products and technologies. We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to assist in the design and future development of our façade elements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating deliverables and resources on projects
- Preparing conceptual, schematic, and detailed design solutions for precast design
- Liaising with clients and external design team members
- Attending design team meetings and resolving project issues
- Contributing to process improvement and team management
Necessary requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Chartered Structural Engineer with 10+ years of experience in building projects
- Leadership skills, strong structural design experience, and knowledge of BIM and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation
