• Lead a broad range of development projects from start to finish
• Solid technical engineering knowledge with demonstrable problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with clients and contractors
• Good IT skills and experience with structural analysis packages
• Full driver's license and valid work permit to work in Ireland
