Job Description An experienced structural civil engineer is required for a consulting engineers company in Dublin. You will work on small residential projects, all the way up to large multi-million commercial projects. Senior Project Engineer Perm 60-75K (DOE) + bonus Dublin Centre This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated Structural Engineer, who is passionate about design, to gain exposure to a range of building projects. Projects currently include multi-storey commercial office developments, hotel projects, small and large scale residential projects, healthcare projects, industrial projects and a number of education projects for both private and public clients. Essential Skills & Knowledge: A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering A Chartered or near Chartered Engineer, with Engineers Ireland/IStructE or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years experience in a European Engineering Consultancy Practice Relevant work experience of minimum 4 years IT skills with Structural Engineering design software such as MasterSeries, Tekla Structural Designer, Tekla TEDDS and Robot Knowledge of designing to Eurocodes IT skills with AutoCAD is essential while experience with Revit would be desirable Sound mathematical, scientific and IT skills Experience in working to deadlines and within budgets on small and large scale projects The ability to think methodically and manage projects Critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant construction legislation This job description is for informational purposes only.
