Senior Systems Analyst - Galway
Seeking a senior systems analyst to drive business solutions and inspire change in a fast-paced, growth area of the organization.
As a senior systems analyst, you will work in partnership with business stakeholders, squad team members, and product area leaders to understand product vision and challenges.
You will work with technology counterparts to deliver innovative, cost-effective, architecturally aligned, and timely solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving analysis, design, and support for investment management solutions
- Collaborating with technology and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Bringing curiosity and a questioning mindset to work
- Mentoring junior systems analysts
- Contributing to the platform with a sense of ownership and team-oriented work style
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or Finance related field
- Post-graduate degree/certification in finance or a related field a plus
- Around 5 years experience as systems analyst or related role
- Financial services industry knowledge and experience vital
- Strong analysis skills and proven track record of delivery on complex technology projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand technology and software architecture of an application
