Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for leading Cliste Hospitality’s recruitment efforts on a global scale, focusing on attracting top-tier international talent. In this role, you will also develop and manage strategic partnerships with universities, enabling Cliste Hospitality to attract emerging talent from leading academic institutions. This role demands a high level of expertise in global talent markets and requires a proactive and innovative approach to talent acquisition in the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Global Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement an international talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Cliste Hospitality’s growth and global expansion goals, ensuring we attract high-calibre talent across various regions. International Talent Sourcing: Leverage global recruitment channels, including social media platforms, international job boards, and talent networks, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for key roles across all functions, particularly in hospitality management, culinary arts, and leadership. University & Academic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities, hospitality schools, and academic institutions globally to attract early-career talent. Develop internship programs, graduate recruitment initiatives, and campus outreach strategies that align with Cliste Hospitality’s talent needs. Attend career fairs, guest lecture opportunities, and campus events to promote Cliste Hospitality as an employer of choice. Candidate Screening & Selection: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and international positions, ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. Lead interviews and assessments, and guide stakeholders in making informed hiring decisions. Employer Branding: Elevate Cliste Hospitality’s employer brand on a global scale by promoting the company’s culture, values, and international opportunities. Develop targeted recruitment campaigns for specific regions and university audiences. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity in hiring by ensuring recruitment processes are inclusive and reflect Cliste Hospitality’s commitment to equal opportunity. Actively source talent from diverse backgrounds and geographies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted talent advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing insights on international talent trends, labour markets, and regional hiring challenges. Process Improvement & Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize the hiring process and improve the quality of hires. Implement best practices for international recruitment, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations. Onboarding & Integration: Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to ensure that new international hires have a smooth transition and are well-integrated into Cliste Hospitality’s culture, including supporting relocation, visa sponsorship, and orientation processes. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Experience: 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on international recruitment and partnerships with academic institutions. Proven success in recruiting for the hospitality, tourism, or service industries, with experience filling roles at all levels. Experience managing global recruitment processes and understanding international labor markets. Skills & Competencies: Expertise in global talent sourcing strategies and familiarity with international employment laws, visa requirements, and relocation processes. Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with academic institutions and professional networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across different cultures and regions. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and university partnership programs concurrently. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR technology platforms, and recruitment analytics tools. Ability to travel for recruitment events, career fairs, and international outreach as needed.
