As part of one Xeinadin, our colleagues are able to draw on expertise and support from across our UK, Ireland and central teams, as well as benefitting from being a part of their local communities.DescriptionXeinadin Tax Advisory is a team of specialist tax advisors for our Irish clients and complements the work of our existing tax teams on specialist matters, ensuring excellence in tax planning and advice. We are recruiting for a Senior Manager or Director who will work within a small but impactful team of genuine tax specialists in Dublin. The work will cover some of the most interesting tax projects that the Xeinadin Group can offer. Support and training will be provided to ensure excellent professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesKey areas of focus will include corporate grouping, reorganisations/demergers, share schemes, shareholder exits, transactional advice on sales, property structuring, family investment companies, inheritance tax advice, and more. Ownership and responsibility for client projects is required, experience of working with entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses as well as HNWI's will be beneficial. You will be comfortable being presented as a technical expert, and client management experience is a must. Business development skills are a plus, but not a requirement. Strong technical tax skills, analytical and report writing skills are essential to provide clear advice for clients.Key RequirementsThis role will suit a qualified tax professional (CTA, ACCA, ACA) with a number of years of experience seeking to leave behind the confines of a typical practice environment, to work alongside other tax specialists across Ireland and the UK. You will have demonstrable technical expertise and genuinely enjoy providing wide-ranging tax advice, and working directly with clients to see the advice through implementation.
