A broad & varied corporate tax focused role, you will support the team and wider business on key international tax matters for the group. You will be part of a commercial and strategic team.

About the position

• Advising the group on all international tax impacts and considerations associated with business operations.
• Developing and executing tax planning strategies.
• Managing global cash repatriations with a view to enabling the tax-efficient repatriation of international cash to the US.
• Manage the tax reporting and compliance process for a number of European countries including managing the relationship with tax authorities in these countries.
• Monitoring international tax developments and managing the groups response to changes in the external tax environment, including Pillar 2.
• Managing tax and transfer pricing audits, working with third-party advisors and local finance teams in the development of audit strategies, the preparation of defence files and audit responses.
• Partner and collaborate with a range of cross-functional teams including Treasury, Corporate Reporting, Legal and HR.
• Support the global tax function to analyse tax processes and identify areas that technology can be used to drive process efficiencies and improvements.

About the person

• Senior Tax Manager or experienced Tax Manager with experience gained within a top tier accounting firm or/and international organisation
• Highly developed commercial sense and the ability to work autonomously and to influence and work across a variety of functions & cultures.
• Well-developed communication, leadership, influencing and analytical skill with close attention to detail.
