Senior Technical Analyst - Procurement role involves managing material and logistics needs for new aircraft deliveries, transition aircraft, and engineering.

The successful candidate will support New Aircraft Deliveries, Transition Aircraft, and Engineering in managing material and logistics needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project managing all aircraft delivery stream activity with respect to materials to ensure on-dock dates are met.
• Liaising with OEMs and materials suppliers to prepare purchase orders and track shipment of equipment.
• Maintaining a good knowledge of reliable suppliers to support quick turnaround times on transition programs.
• Building relationships and coordinating with external design and engineering teams and on-site reps to ensure smooth running of projects.
• Attending industry conferences and program meetings as required, with travel expected.
• Evaluating and negotiating price proposals and GTAs.
• Coordinating with Accounts Payable and Vendors to ensure on-time payments and quick resolution of disputes.
• Managing budgets and compiling final aircraft accounting.
• Coordinating logistics and storage of surplus transition materials.

The ideal candidate will be focused, analytical, and resourceful, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Essential skills and experience include:

• Degree in engineering, business, or another relevant subject.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with procurement processes in an aircraft leasing, airline, MRO environment, or aftermarket supplier.
• Understanding of General Terms Agreements and enforcement of deliverables with key suppliers.
• Highly motivated self-starter with original thought, challenge, and innovation in solving problems.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to review the big picture.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and provide insightful output and commentary.
• Strong and independent-minded with the ability to express views with conviction.
• Demonstrated strong project management skills, including a track record of implementing tools and processes to drive project execution.
• Strong drive for results, with a focus on meeting project milestones and timelines.
• Skilled at compiling and monitoring project statuses, with the ability to present updates to cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, capable of developing and maintaining positive business relationships.
• Track record of delivering successful outcomes in a fast-paced commercial environment.
