Job Description
Seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to work on a range of projects, including organisational change, business transformation and data Analytics, for a leading Dublin city-centre based client.
Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Senior Technical Business Analyst will work closely with the business and end users to ensure project goals align with business requirements and are delivered as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business and IT for assigned projects
- Work closely with the business and end users to ensure project goals align with business requirements and are delivered as required
- Gather, document and understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Work with process owners, developers and PMs on IT projects to understand and enhance current systems and processes
- Provide expert Data knowledge (data migration, data-insights & reporting)
- Develop strong and effective working relationships
- Create systems documentation through Word and Power Point
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications & Experience:
- A 3rd Level Qualification
- 5+ Years experience in a Technical Business Analysis role
- Good SQL and ETL experience
- Sound BA experience on software development projects
- Proficient in MS Excel, Power Point and, MS Word
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong financial services (Insurance) experience
- Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
