Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for a leading Dublin city-centre based client. (Hybrid) Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, the Senior Technical Business Analyst will join the existing IT Applications team who are responsible for the delivery of a range of business & data related projects across our clients group of companies. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical business analyst to work on a broad range of interesting projects, where your skills will be applied across a wide array of disciplines including organisational change, business transformation and data Analytics. The Senior Technical Business Analyst will: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Act as a liaison between business and IT for assigned projects Work closely with the business and end users to ensure project goals align with business requirements and are delivered as required Gather, document and understand business requirements from multiple stakeholders Work with process owners, developers and PMs on IT projects to understand and enhance current systems and processes, both Agile and Waterfall Provide expert Data knowledge (data migration, data-insights & reporting) Develop strong and effective working relationships Create systems documentation through Word and PowerPoint Work on multiple projects simultaneously QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: A 3rd Level Qualification 5+ Years experience in a Technical Business Analysis role Good SQL and ETL experience Sound BA experience on software development projects Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and, MS Word Strong presentation skills Strong financial services (Insurance) experience Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills BENEFITS Generous Bonus plan Continuous learning and development (BA, PM Qualifications) Stock Options Excellent pension scheme Private Health Insurance Call Patrick Docherty at Enterprise People for more information.
