Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant (STC) who wants to apply their knowledge and skillset in enterprise web solutions based on the Daon technology stack. This role requires hands-on responsibility for Trust X and Identity X implementation, and for educating, guiding and advising our clients in best practices deployment of Daon technologies. The successful candidate must be willing and able to act autonomously under the direction of a project manager and/or Principal Technical Consultant, and have experience in the development of scalable business solutions for web-based users on mobile and desktop.
The key responsibilities of this role include development (coding and unit testing) of product artefacts, mapping of customer requirements onto the design and deployment of successful Trust X and Identity X deployments, and provision of technical advice and guidance to clients on best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, and minimum 5-7 years' relevant developer experience. They should be proficient in Python, Java, and Javascript/Typescript, and have strong working knowledge in enterprise web development, as well as experience working with version control systems such as GIT and API web service design and development.
Additional skills that are desirable include developer knowledge of enterprise relational databases, working knowledge of mobile native platforms or hybrid frameworks, and experience in information security, biometrics, Public Key Infrastructure, web UI design, web servers and application servers, and BPMN and Business Process Modelling.
