I am hiring for an IT Support Specialist to join to manage IT infrastructure. As the primary IT resource, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of technology systems. From planning and administering hardware and software solutions to providing strategic guidance on IT architecture and future technological advancements, you will be instrumental in driving IT within the company.Key Responsibilities include:Plan and administer IT hardware and software, including purchasing, licensing, and maintaining asset registers.Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and manage group subscriptions efficiently.Advise on current and future software and hardware needs and assist in planning IT architecture for a dispersed team.Support the planning and development of IT frameworks, tools, software, and applications to enhance workflow efficiency and output quality.Guide the team in logging, managing, and reporting technical queries, and provide training and upskilling in new and existing software.Develop strategies for the efficient secure storage and retrieval of large volumes of data, including centralized storage platforms for all project-related files.Implement cloud-based remote management solutions to ensure access to key information on the go.Leverage Microsoft and other software tools (e.g., Teams, Power BI) for enhanced collaboration and data reporting.Ensure network stability and reliability, addressing operational issues promptly. Strong knowledge of Microsoft required.The role is based in Citywest and offering a hybrid work model. Salary is in the region of €60, to €65, dependent on the experience you bring.
