**Senior Technical Program Manager, Enterprise Engineering** We are seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to lead the development of a comprehensive software management platform. A senior technical program manager is needed to define and drive the strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and drive the strategic roadmap, aligning with business objectives and technical requirements. * Design and implement cost optimization features, including license management workflows and portfolio insights. * Work closely with procurement, IT, and finance teams to streamline contract management and renewal processes. * Partner with security teams to address risk and compliance parameters for applications. * Lead the integration of our platform's capabilities with other strategic company initiatives. * Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication. **A Day in the Life:** * Collaborate with the engineering team on new feature implementation. * Balance technical constraints with business needs. * Discuss how to enhance the platform's capabilities. * Present the quarterly roadmap to leadership. * Field challenging questions on the product and market. **About the Team:** * The App Sense product is supported by three different engineering teams based out of Seattle, Arlington, and Dublin. * Work closely with multiple SDMs, SDEs, and TPMs to prioritize features. **Requirements:** * Experience in technical product or program management. * Experience working directly with engineering teams. * Experience in software development. * Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams. * Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. * Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules. * Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
