Job Description
We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the development of a comprehensive software management platform.
Key responsibilities include defining the strategic roadmap, designing cost optimization features, and managing the end-to-end program lifecycle.
A day in the life involves collaborating with engineering teams, analyzing user feedback, and presenting quarterly roadmaps to leadership.
The team is comprised of three engineering teams based in Seattle, Arlington, and Dublin.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in technical product or program management.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams.
- Experience in software development.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in project management disciplines.
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams.
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive business.
