Job Description
We're seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the strategic roadmap for our software management platform. This role requires experience in technical product management, working with engineering teams, and managing cross-functional programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. They will be responsible for defining KPIs/SLAs, coordinating release schedules, and reporting to senior leadership. The Technical Program Manager will work closely with multiple engineering teams, procurement, IT, and finance teams to streamline contract management and renewal processes. They will also partner with security teams to address risk and compliance parameters for applications. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to lead the integration of our platform's capabilities with other strategic company initiatives. The Technical Program Manager will manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and status updates to leadership and cross-functional teams. A day in the life of the Technical Program Manager will involve sprint planning sessions, collaborating with engineering teams on new feature implementation, balancing technical constraints with business needs, and presenting the quarterly roadmap to leadership.
