Our Client, leading specialists in insulation solutions, is looking for a Senior Technical Sales Manager to drive sales, interact with customers and manufacturers, and expand the customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive and deliver sales plans in conjunction with the Sales Director to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Interact with customers and manufacturers about product specifications.
- Sell the company product range to existing and potential customers.
- Have a good understanding of CRM systems and their importance to the business.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to forecast and engage with internal colleagues to ensure the availability of products.
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues, ensuring the best outcome for customers and the company.
- Maintain sales quotations, price files, and customer contacts as appropriate.
- Update the Sales Director on all projects regularly.
- Commitment to best practice, with a strong focus on quality, H&S, and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 Years Experience in a similar role within the Construction Industry.
- Relevant Industry Qualification or Engineering Degree would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with strong negotiation, planning and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
