A dynamic IT engineer is needed to join a growing Microsoft MSP in Dublin, with 5+ years of experience in supporting Microsoft products and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Microsoft products, including Active Directory, Office 365, Windows Server, and Exchange.
- Work on client projects and develop skills in Azure, cloud, and security.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of IT experience supporting Microsoft products.
- Excellent client communication skills with good clear English.
- Living in or near Dublin and legal to work in Ireland.
- Experience with Azure, Windows Server, and Exchange is a bonus.
