Job Description
As a Senior Test Automation Engineer at City Swift, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the software meets quality standards. Your expertise will design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline testing, enhance efficiency, and elevate product quality. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to provide guidance on quality assurance best practices.
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with developers and product managers to identify acceptance criteria, risks, test cases, and testing strategies
* Designing and developing automated end-to-end tests to ensure ongoing quality of critical features
* Incorporating test suites into CI/CD pipelines to provide confidence in release quality
Key requirements include:
* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
* Experience writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
* Experience with test automation frameworks, including Test Cafe
* Experience with Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or similar languages
* Experience creating and maintaining test data sets for edge cases
* Experience managing test infrastructure for performance and scalability
* Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot problems on the fly
