Come join our team to work on real-world projects with a real-world impact.Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced, self-driven Software Tester to take on a vital role in our software development quality assurance process. Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing product specifications and defining test cases to confirm compliance with those specifications. As a senior test engineer, you will be instrumental in leading test efforts of other manual and automated testers. You will lead the process of identifying and resolving defects, preventing them from reaching our end-users.The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with multiple programming languages and a keen eye for detail. You will be expected to demonstrate leadership and a commitment to excellence in software quality.Responsibilities:Understand product requirements and matching test casesDefine Test Environment setup and proceduresExecute test cases, analyze results and report all detected issues/defectsMentor junior manual and automated testersTrack reported issues/defectsCollaborate with other test leads, team members, and test managersCollaborate with software development leadsKeep abreast of industry standards and newest testing methodologies and toolsSupport the Test Manager in achieving their strategic goals for the Test TeamProvide technical know-how, documentation and training to test and other business functionsBasic RequirementsB.S. in Computer Science or a related technical fieldSignificant experience in Quality Assurance testing or similar role.Working Knowledge of test management SW (e.g. ALM)Attention to detailExcellent Communications skillsFamiliarity with Agile frameworks and regression testingFamiliarity with automated testing methodologiesFamiliarity with various coding languagesExperience working in Agile Scrum teamsIn return for your expertise, we’ll support you in this new challenge with coaching & development every step of the way.
