Senior Test & Quality Engineer

Highly skilled professional sought to lead quality assurance and testing efforts in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery of high-quality products to customers in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to introduce new products successfully.
• Verify and validate components, manage product validation and certification.
• Develop production test equipment and provide technical guidance to production technicians.
• Analyse customer failures, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Drive product and process quality and cost improvements.
• Process non-conforming products and maintain quality records.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in production, quality, test and/or RMA environments.
• Degree in electronic/computer engineering or equivalent.
• Results-driven individual with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Proficiency in test equipment tools, logic analyser, curve tracer, oscilloscopes, etc.
• Solid rework and soldering skills.
• Competency in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel, Project, etc.
