Job Description
Senior Town Planner sought to join a leading Irish-owned consultant with expertise in Renewable Energy, Urban Development, and Civil Infrastructure.
As a key member of the planning team, you will contribute to the expansion of the Planning business, working closely with fellow professionals and technical disciplines. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects, including renewable energy, infrastructure, urban development, and waste management.
- Preparing and submitting planning applications, drafting reports, feasibility studies, masterplans, and planning strategies for a wide range of projects.
- Working with a range of client bodies, including private sector and public sector.
- Delivering varied environmental projects, overseeing and/or project managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Collaborating with the team to support the delivery of projects.
Requirements:
- Degree and/or Masters in Town Planning.
- Minimum of seven years experience in town planning.
- Extensive knowledge of planning and environmental legislation.
- Corporate/Chartered member of the IPI/RTPI.
Key Skills:
- Planning and project management expertise.
