Access has partnered with an award-winning design studio based in Dublin city centre. Established in the late 1980s, this practice has a long list of repeat clients, ensuring there is plenty of work going on regularly. The firm is known in the city for residential design for private developers, public sector clients, and investors. Due to their continued success, the practice is looking to grow its urban design team. This role is an incredible opportunity for a competent urban designer, working alongside the Associate Director to grow their own team, winning and working on your own projects.The successful candidate will be responsible for helping develop the team, winning projects, and liaising with clients and contractors regularly; therefore, previous success in this area is necessary. As this will be a new sector for the company, the opportunities are endless. You can build the teams and relationships you have always wanted, and you will also be working on some incredible residential projects across the country with some big-name developers, giving you a chance to gain some irreplaceable experience.Experience:3+ years working in either an Irish or UK practice on urban design projectsExperience running or working on your own projectsExperience working on residential projectsProficient in AutoCAD and REVITRight to work in Ireland or the UKIn return, you will receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package.
