UX Designer Wanted for Enterprise Software
Oomnitza, a cutting-edge Enterprise Technology Management platform, seeks an experienced UX Designer to join its ambitious team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for simple, elegant design and a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.
About the Role
As a UX Designer at Oomnitza, you will lead the user experience on a range of projects, from design and build to research and discovery. You will deliver a UX vision that can be achieved through iterative updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products to life.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX on a range of project types, from design and build to research and discovery
- Deliver a UX vision that can be achieved through iterative updates
- Understand and extract complex problems into intuitive, informed solutions
- Be customer-centered, highly collaborative, and inclusive
- Create sketches, scrappy prototypes, and polished visual design comps
- Collaborate and communicate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders on user experience design and development
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience as an UX designer, information architect, interaction designer, visual designer, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of interaction design and methodology
- Ability to take criticism, iterate quickly, and reject perfection
- Enthusiasm and positive energy, and a bias towards action
- Lightweight wireframing tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or something similar
- Experience using a mix of technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery
- Ability to influence: strong communication and collaboration skills
- IT industry background preferred
- Experience working in Agile (SCRUM/Kanban) a plus
