Job Description
Senior UX Designer needed to drive innovation in AI Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver customer-centric solutions
- Produce designs that illustrate UI excellence and transpire clear user experiences
- Facilitate UX team-building efforts and foster a diverse and inclusive team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
- Experience working in product or service design
- Proficiency in modern component-based design tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience scoping and prioritizing goal-oriented design efforts
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
- Be an avid customer advocate, mastering customer needs and using feedback to drive UX direction
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality outcomes
