Senior UX DesignerSolas IT Recruitment, Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland (Remote)We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to help build the next generation of SaaS enterprise software. You should have a passion for clean, user-friendly design and delivering high-quality products. As part of our team, you will be self-driven, accountable, and able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Lead UX design across a variety of projects, from research to deliveryDevelop a long-term UX vision and implement it iterativelySimplify complex problems into intuitive designsBe customer-focused, collaborative, and inclusiveDesign with an understanding of code limitationsCreate everything from rough sketches to polished visual designs and interactive prototypesWork closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders on design and developmentQualifications:6+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or similar rolesProven track record of improving enterprise products through multiple releasesDegree or equivalent experience in UX, Interaction Design, or related fieldsStrong knowledge of interaction design principles and tools like Figma, BalsamiqExperience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and jQueryExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAgile (SCRUM/Kanban) experience is a plusIT industry background is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
