Not only will you be joining an exciting organisation at an exciting time, but this role will also give you full autonomy to shape our research strategy and put customer insights at the forefront of everything we do.ResponsibilitiesChampion the User: Conduct in-depth research by visiting restaurants, engaging with clients, and understanding their needs to ensure their voices are heard throughout our product development process.Craft Key Insights: Develop ideal customer profiles, personas, archetypes, and other deliverables that blend quantitative and qualitative data to create insights that drive key business decisions.Collaborate and Advocate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, challenge ideas, and advocate for user-centric solutions to ensure our products truly meet the needs of our users.Own the Research Roadmap: Work with our Product Teams to prioritise research needs and deliver the most research value.Build a Community: Nurture client relationships and leverage tools to build a research panel that will speed up the cadence of design and product feedback in the organisation.What makes you a great fitData Acumen: You have advanced knowledge of analysing quantitative and qualitative data in a sales led business. You are comfortable gathering and analysing this data independently.Commercial Experience: You have experience working in a commercial in-house setting and know what it takes to excel in these environments.Hands-On and Self-Motivated: You are self-motivated with enough experience to work independently without needing frequent checks.
