Job Description
This role provides an opportunity to work on impactful design projects aimed at delivering customer-centric design as part of the Digital Product Team. You will be organized, meticulous, and ready to lead design initiatives. The role can be based in either Dublin or Cork but will involve occasional travel. Responsibilities: Deliver best-in-class user experience and interaction design for consumer-facing digital projects within a diverse portfolio. Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, etc., in collaboration with the UX Manager and Product Managers. Conduct user research, translate findings into design solutions, and ensure the customer is at the forefront of all design decisions. Use data to inform design recommendations and success metrics. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI guidelines and constraints, including iOS/Android best practices, responsive design dos and don'ts, and visual trends. Support ad hoc projects by attending workshops, delivering wireframes and mock-ups, and developing prototypes. Requirements: Relevant third-level qualification in design. 5+ years of experience as a designer working on mobile or responsive web projects. Extensive experience with interface design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar (Figma is used in-house). Experience in user research and data analytics. A working knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is an advantage. Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design and familiarity with Service Design principles. Experience creating low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journeys. Familiarity with building, using, and iterating Design Systems is a bonus. Previous experience working on loyalty or e-commerce projects is a plus. Excellent attention to detail. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
