As a core member of our Projects and Governance team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. Projects and Governance Team (PGT) is a strategic partner with the Transformation Office and provides multiple CFS Lines of Business units (Hedge Fund, CAIS, Private Equity, Real Estate, Investor Relations, Ancillary Services) with project management governance when executing initiatives that benefit the larger CFS Organization. Additionally, PGT works with other CFS Divisions (Group, Bank, CGS/Mercator, Technology) as required and where initiatives cross division lines. PGT provides project governance with a structured framework and management information reporting, allowing for timely escalation of issues and risks that impact the success of the initiatives. Initiatives will include system conversions/on-boarding (BPM, Dynamo, SDLP), achieving headcount objectives (Global Location Strategy, Headcount Forecast support), Client or Operational transformations, and Chief of Staff Initiatives oversight. Most initiatives cross several departments and locations, with senior leadership stakeholders. The Senior Vice President (SVP) will be a key member of the Projects & Governance Team (PGT) and will play an integral role in leading the team in overseeing the success of the strategic initiatives assigned to PGT in partnership with various business units’ senior leadership teams. The SVP will provide strategic leadership, ensuring the team executes projects in a standardized, risk-adverse manner, providing Management Information Reporting for initiatives as well as marketing the team and identifying opportunities to expand the team’s scope and improve processes and frameworks. Your Role: You will own the execution of multiple concurrent programs of projects end to end Present project reporting and project plans to Senior Leaders and CFS Management Team Lead discussions with Department Heads on meeting budget requirements and/or agreeing scope and requirements for new initiatives Oversee execution of all projects and governance tracking and tollgates Provide input on strategic direction of initiatives Present benefits and value of project governance frameworks to stakeholders Document and communicate business outcomes and gains from assigned initiatives Manage stakeholder expectations and communications Review project reports to ensure validity and appropriateness for audience Perform detailed risk analysis and reporting Manage and oversee global staffing requirements for fluid project execution Determine staffing and budgetary requirements for the team Ensure on-going review of team KPI and KRIs Manage team reporting and marketing About You: You have 10+ years of experience providing project management oversight to deliver multiple projects on time and in scope in a fast-paced environment End-to-end experience managing initiatives across multiple geographical locations Practical application of implementing and maintaining a Governance Framework Experience managing relationships with senior level stakeholders across multiple business units Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to capture a diverse audience Possess a strategic mindset and find motivation in creatively solving problems Knowledge of multiple functions in Fund Administration industry Strong Management and Leadership experience Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields Our Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
