I am working with an Aviation Leasing Client of mine, to appoint a Senior Vice President of ESG The Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) function within the Corporate Affairs team is central to driving sustainability strategies for this leading aviation lessor. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, the Senior Vice President (SVP) of ESG will lead environmental, social, and governance initiatives, ensuring the delivery of impactful strategies. The role requires deep expertise in ESG and strong communication skills to present complex issues to diverse audiences. Work closely with colleagues across the business, lead in the delivery of key ESG outputs including Corporate Sustainability CSRD and TCFD reports. The SVP ESG will engage with global stakeholders, including aircraft manufacturers and policymakers, and represent the company at industry conferences. Responsibilities include leading ESG strategy development, producing key sustainability reports, and overseeing governance structures. Candidates need 7+ years of senior ESG experience, ideally within aviation or finance. They need experience in sustainability frameworks, policy awareness, and data analysis.
