Senior Waiter Opportunity at 1900 Bar & Restaurant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team at 1900 Bar & Restaurant in Dublin. As a Senior Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of wait staff to ensure excellent service standards
- Take ownership of table service, including ordering, serving, and clearing
- Upsell and promote our menu and beverage options
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and cocktails
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Waiter or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Fluent English and valid work permits
