Job Description
Technical lead responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions, managing day-to-day requests, and complex projects, with expertise in scripting, programming, and Agile methodologies.
- Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Engage with requests across SDLC - analysis, design, development, testing, deployment and support.
- Provide oversight to ensure solutions are developed in accordance with quality standards, controls, architecture, and security standards.
- Manage multiple streams of workload.
- Develop and leverage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate a team of software developers.
- Requirements:
- Advanced scripting skills in Powershell or other scripting languages.
- Fluency in one or more programming languages - C#, Javascript, Python.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- RESTful web services development experience.
- 8+ years in scripting/programming/devops/automation/development role.
- Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of virtualisation technologies - VMWare.
- Cloud computing knowledge.
- Azure services knowledge.

Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 4 years leading Automation Development.
- 4 years of programming experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug software.
- Proactive, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new skills.
