Job Title: Senior/Principal Highways Engineer
About the Role:
- Lead design packages and projects, collaborating with other disciplines, clients, and site teams.
- Manage project finances, including fee forecasting and change control.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations.
- Provide guidance, motivation, and management to junior staff.
- Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and peers.

Requirements:
- Chartered Engineer or Incorporated Engineer status.
- Good working knowledge of highways design, DMRB, MCHW, DMURS, and TII specifications.
- Experience working on NTA and/or DfI project control phases and requirements.
- Proficient in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
- Experience with BIM procedures, project delivery, and reporting.

- Confident and professional manner.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
