Job Description
Senior/Principal Water Quality Scientist sought for water projects, schemes, and general water use and management issues throughout Ireland.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced environmental scientist, water chemist, or water quality expert to join our team.
About the Role
- Develop and implement measures to improve water quality where it is currently poor.
- Conduct water quality assessments and provide expert advice on water chemistry and the behavior of common pollutants.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging issues, such as hormones and modern medicines and chemicals.
Requirements
- Education to at least Degree level (Level 8/9).
- Relevant work experience, at least some of which will be in a consultancy environment.
- Chartered Scientist, Environmentalist or Ecologist.
- Experience of undertaking business development and client engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
