Successful candidates will join a team that has been growing from strength to strength for servicing and maintenance of cars, vans and used vehicles. Manage all customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service throughout their service/repair journey. Collaborate with customers to identify and agree on the scope of work to be carried out, ensuring clarity and transparency. Oversee the work conducted by our workshop team to ensure it aligns with customer expectations and industry standards. Conduct thorough handovers with customers after service/repair, explaining the work performed and addressing any questions or concerns. Liaise closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure the efficient flow of work through the workshop, optimizing productivity and customer satisfaction. Deliver outstanding customer service to every customer, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Experience using the Key loop Autoline DMS (Kerridge) is a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided. Work in an organized manner to coordinate service appointments, manage work orders, and maintain accurate records. Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, efficiently managing multiple tasks and customer interactions.
