Customer Service & Sales Associate
Location: Cork
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: €27,456 - €13.20 per hour
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic administrator to join our team in a state-of-the-art student accommodation in the heart of Cork.
As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and use your problem-solving skills to handle any queries with empathy and professionalism.
You will play a key role in sales and marketing plans, maintain a student database, and organize fun and inclusive events for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students living in the residences
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, issues, and incidents, resolving, escalating, and/or seeking support where necessary
- Get involved in sales and marketing activity to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels are utilized
- Follow and implement all operating procedures
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all residents is maintained
- Organize and communicate social events for residents
As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will also be responsible for managing your health and safety responsibilities and cooperating with your employer on health and safety matters.
Requirements:
- Great customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with people at all levels
- Be personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people
- Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Be really organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of MS packages
- Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness
Preferred Qualifications:
- A preferred qualification and/or willingness to undertake training for Carbon Literacy
