We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic administrator to join our team in a state-of-the-art student accommodation in the heart of Cork.
Responsibilities:
Provide a friendly and professional customer service to students living in the residences
Provide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, issues and incidents, resolving, escalating and/or seeking support where necessary
Get involved in sales and marketing activity to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilised to their full potential
Follow and implement all operating procedures
Ensure the safety and welfare of all residents is always maintained
Organise and communicate social events for residents
Requirements:
Great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels
Be super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people
Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills
Be really organised and able to spin lots of plates at once
Good working knowledge of MS packages
Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness
