Job Summary: Sales & Service Associate in Cork
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic administrator to join our team in a state-of-the-art student accommodation in the heart of Cork.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional customer service to students living in the residences
- Provide an effective first response to customer queries, complaints, issues and incidents, resolving, escalating and/or seeking support where necessary
- Get involved in sales and marketing activity to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilised to their full potential
- Follow and implement all operating procedures
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all residents is always maintained
- Organise and communicate social events for residents
Requirements:
- Great customer service and communication skills, being able to effectively engage with people at all levels
- Be super personable and have a genuine passion for engaging with people
- Ability to be proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Be really organised and able to spin lots of plates at once
- Good working knowledge of MS packages
- Resilience and adaptability, as well as a great cultural diversity awareness
