Job Description

The Service Delivery Lead for Frontline Recruitment will be responsible for leading and developing a team to source and secure great hires for the frontline operation across Security, Retail and Operations. The role holder will collaborate with the business and with the local HR teams to understand requirements and will plan to ensure delivery in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the business to ensure a full understanding of frontline hiring needs. Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment plans, delivering high quality candidates to meet high volume frontline hiring targets. Lead and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to provide a positive and professional experience to candidates and hiring managers through every stage of the recruitment cycle. Ensure appropriate markets are targeted through advertising, networking, targeted recruitment, referrals, job fairs and open days etc. Use innovative approaches to build pipeline and panels Deliver recruitment data and insights to business leaders and use data and metrics to refine approaches to recruitment. Advise hiring managers on best practice interviewing, note taking and data retention Lead the implementation of industry-leading hiring practices Oversee consistent compliance with airport regulations and all other relevant employment legislation Efficiently and effectively manage team workload to deliver quality candidates and ensure targets are met in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Support other key projects and requirements as necessary Experience Min 5 years experience successfully managing a recruitment team to deliver high quality candidates and high- volume targets. Experience managing volume campaigns with proven ability to take innovative approaches to sourcing and building pipeline Hands on experience and competence effectively using HRIS and ATS systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting process Process focused and experienced in using metrics, KPIs and reporting to monitor and improve service delivery Skills Strong collaboration skills with the ability to manage relationships and influence effectively at all levels of the business A team player possessing the initiative to learn and adopt new hiring approaches and practices.
