Job Description

Service Delivery Manager manages airline technology services, ensuring world-class customer experience through strong relationships, issue resolution, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include establishing stakeholder relationships, understanding customer needs, and resolving escalated situations. The role involves participating in technical bridges, monitoring incidents and service requests, and reporting on performance. Additionally, the manager is responsible for ensuring operations processes are aligned and delivered as per guidelines, identifying opportunities for improvement, and owning accountability for client KPIs and contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT, in-depth knowledge of service management processes, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
