Effective delivery of Network services through managing third-party vendors, ensuring SLAs, and driving continuous improvement. The role involves strong relationships, vendor management, and ITIL principles. A proven track record in Network Engineering service management, vendor management, and ITIL principles are required. The position will oversee a small team of Engineers and report to the Engineering Manager. The responsibilities include service delivery management, vendor management, stakeholder management, process improvement, financial management, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT service delivery management, vendor relationship management, team leadership, and network engineering projects. ITIL certification, IT infrastructure knowledge, leadership skills, and analytical abilities are also necessary.
