Cpl are hiring a permanent Service Delivery Specialist to work with one of our key medical device clients in Cork, this is a hybrid role with 3 days based on site and 2 days WFH.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment


  • Manage full TA cycle for contractors on client site
  • Recruitment Administration
  • Assist in full candidate journey.
  • Advertising roles
  • Initial candidate screening
  • Advising and guiding candidates through the process
  • Issuing and scoring aptitude tests
  • Arranging interviews
  • Reference checks, medicals, uniforms, and ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Support candidates through the recruitment process including aftercare assistance
  • Consistently grow the candidate pipeline, filling it with high calibre candidates through multiple sourcing channels
  • Improve and facilitate process improvements to on-site function overall/site specific
  • Initiate escalation and handle as appropriate both internal to Cpl and client issues
  • Develop reports, spreadsheets and other operationally based written material as needed by the account.
Ad hoc HR Support


  • Support employees on any HR issues or queries they may have and facilitating actions to resolve these in a timely manner.
  • Support HR-related projects such as induction, performance management, performance reviews
  • Uploading, maintenance and off-boarding of CW's on internal and client systems
  • Supporting administration around agency and contractor's compliance
  • Ad Hoc client/internal requests

Skills/experience/competencies required:

  • Strong business acumen and a commercially minded self-starter
  • Demonstrated excellent administration, communication & business writing skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong project management
  • Ability to multi-task and yet maintain standard/quality on all tasks
  • Demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills, process improvement orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to meet Service Level Agreements/metrics
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, confidently and with impact with people at all levels of the business
  • IT literate
  • Team player with the ability to also work on own initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility with Business Directors, Client Stakeholders / Senior Management and employees
  • Strong customer focus attitude
  • A professional approach, flexible, open to change
  • Ability to cope with pressure of peak workloads through good planning and time management skills
