Job Summary: Maintenance Coordinator

Review maintenance contracts, costs, and allowances to identify potential issues and optimize schedules. Collaborate with teams to plan and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery and status updates.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing maintenance contracts, costs, and allowances to identify potential issues and optimize schedules. You will work closely with the Service Desk Manager, Service Managers, and customers to plan and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely delivery and status updates.

  • Review maintenance contracts, costs, and allowances to identify potential issues and optimize schedules.
  • Create and manage detailed maintenance schedules.
  • Work with the Service Desk Manager, Service Managers, and customers to plan and prioritize tasks.
  • Order supplies on time as per contract requirements.
  • Identify ways to improve maintenance processes and scheduling.
  • Update jobs in the CRM system.
  • Answer Service Desk support calls.
  • Generate and issue purchase orders.
  • Respond to customer queries and provide status updates.
  • Review reports to flag any follow-up needs.
  • Prepare jobs for invoicing.

Requirements

  • 2-3 Years experience in a similar role.
  • Some experience in scheduling (delivery and status of reactive and planned tasks using procedures and methods).
  • Attention to Detail.
  • Excellent MS Office Suite skills.
  • Highly motivated.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
