About Your New Role
- Review maintenance contracts, costs, and allowances to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Create and manage detailed maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime
- Work closely with the service desk team, service managers, and customers to plan and prioritize tasks, and ensure effective communication and problem-solving
- Order supplies in a timely manner to meet contract requirements and minimize delays
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and scheduling, and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Update the CRM system to reflect job status and progress
- Answer service desk support calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Generate and issue purchase orders to ensure timely payment for supplies and services
- Review reports to identify areas for follow-up and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare jobs for invoicing to ensure accurate billing and timely payment
What Skills You Need
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in scheduling (delivery and status of reactive and planned tasks using procedures and methods)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong MS Office Suite skills
- Highly motivated and analytical individual
