H&J Martin Ltd (part of the Lagan Specialist Contracting Group) is now recruiting for a Service Desk Administrator Company:H&J Martin Ltd Job Type:Full Time, Permanent Location:Dublin Role Overview As a Service Desk Office Administrator, you will carry out a range of administration and call handling tasks in the Business Support Team ensuring a consistently high level of service. They will provide a professional customer-focused service representing the Company to a wide range of clients across Ireland. There will be assisting with contract maintenance paperwork to assist the contracts manager with having work report prepared and ready for auditing. What you'll do The following reflect the main tasks associated with your position and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive Working as part of the Business Support team to maintain and update various management systems with data information. Handling of incoming calls and emails from key stakeholders. Retrieving data from company information management systems. Inputting data to information management systems Works closely with Service Delivery and ROI Operations to ensure high-quality service standard Working with the Senior Client Support Advisor on procedures and processes To update and maintain the Companys CAFM and document management systems To assist with other duties as may be required from time to time depending on the needs of the Company Monitoring KPI dashboards Chasing assigned tasks with SCP and internal engineers Updating response and completion dates/time on tasks via concept Checking priority response KPIs and chasing internal engineers Checking Completion KPIs and chasing internal engineers Notifying client of delays using Actual E11as Uploading received paperwork from internal engineers for reactive tasks Liaising with commercial team for reattendances/work completion queries What youll bring As a Service Desk Administrator your main skills and experience will include: Essential Criteria Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent telephone technique and communication skills Excellent IT skills including a proficiency in MS packages and web-based systems Excellent attention to detail Excellent Customer Services skills Have the ability to work within a team Desirable Criteria Previous experience working in a contact centre / helpdesk Experience working with Information Management Systems Experience working within Facilities Management Key Competencies Customer understanding Must demonstrate a good understanding of the requirements of customers in respect of the provision of Asset Management Services. Communication Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both oral and written with staff, customers and suppliers at all levels. Teamwork Must demonstrate the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues across a wide range of levels and responsibilities. Flexibility and Initiative Must demonstrate a positive, flexible and self-motivated attitude towards the business and the achievement of objectives.
