Service desk staff required for Dublin City
My client is a large professional who provides a range of services and solutions. They are seeking a service desk Co- Ordinator for immediate start to look after the Ireland and UK support of the business
You must have customer service, call centre background or have worked in reception/front of house. This is a fast-paced role and experience is required.
The successful candidate will be required to
- Provide excellent customer care to our client's customers
- Create reports
- Trouble Shoot and create solutions
- Provide flexibility for clients with requirements
- Answer tickets
- Respond to clients within SLA's
The ideal candidate will be required to have
- Previous customer care experience within hospitality, call centre or a receptionist background
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and solve problems
- Good team player
