Job Description

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain records within the service desk system. Key Responsibilities: Maintain call records in Service Desk systems Provide remote and desktop-level support for all IT-related issues Perform 1st & 2nd level troubleshooting and resolve 1st/2nd level type issues Setup new accounts, clients, and mobile devices Requirements: 2+ years in a similar Desktop Support role Experience with IT call logging/support software such as ServiceNow Proficient in using Citrix Workspace and supporting virtual environments (Citrix VDI) Experience in application installation and providing remote support Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS If you're keen to make a meaningful difference and find this role intriguing, or if you're open to exploring other IT support positions, please apply below.
