About the Role: As a Senior Engineer in our Service Management - Service Engineering team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and managing solutions to support IT Service Management processes and their underlying technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of key objectives for Resilience, Service Management, and IT Operations
- Drive automation, system integration, and process simplification across the team
- Maintain and improve existing integrations, systems, and software
- Ensure quality criteria are adhered to for all project deliverables
- Train and mentor junior staff, review colleague's technical deliverables, and provide feedback
- Contribute to the evolution of the engineering landscape through the adoption of new tools and technologies

Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in an IT role with leadership experience
- Deep understanding of data structures, data ETL, APIs, and automation
- Good working understanding of tools supporting data capture and manipulation
- Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues
- Thought leadership in the Service & Operations domain
