About the Role: As a Senior Engineer in our Service Management - Service Engineering team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and managing solutions to support IT Service Management processes and their underlying technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of key objectives for Resilience, Service Management, and IT Operations
  • Drive automation, system integration, and process simplification across the team
  • Maintain and improve existing integrations, systems, and software
  • Ensure quality criteria are adhered to for all project deliverables
  • Train and mentor junior staff, review colleague's technical deliverables, and provide feedback
  • Contribute to the evolution of the engineering landscape through the adoption of new tools and technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience in an IT role with leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of data structures, data ETL, APIs, and automation
  • Good working understanding of tools supporting data capture and manipulation
  • Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues
  • Thought leadership in the Service & Operations domain
